Yes, "Massacre" has a clear notice in the closing credits.
"Criminally Insane" cuts off at the end. There is no history of distribution by public domain distributors and it has been registered with the copyright office:

Thanks for comfirming, Video Cellar. It seems to me that a lot of the copyrighted stuff that comes in lately falls into the horror/sci-fi category, and to be honest, I don't think there's too much more in that area floating around that isn't already here.
